Online Discussion Groups

Online Discussion Groups

Following our Online Learning Agreement (OLA) webinar on 20 January as well as several other webinars on the topic, we would like to make a step forward and set up smaller focus groups with the goal of creating networks of peers and have room for discussion and Q&A. Therefore, we have set up four focus groups for different groups of OLA users at the Nordic HEIs, with a maximum of 20 participants per group.

We have specific criteria for each focus group and anticipate that all participants will take active part in the group (by sharing experiences, asking questions and most importantly, help finding answers). We will start out with targeted short information, but the main part will consist of discussion and Q&A where the participants will be both asking and responding to questions. With this we hope to establish networks and connections between HEIs and colleagues for future help and peer discussion with the digitization of the Erasmus programme. The focus groups will last for approximately 1.5 hours.

We as the representatives of the five countries of the Nordic Task force as well as a National Agency representative will host the focus groups. However, we will act as facilitators and HEIs with long experience in digitization, but not as representatives of the Erasmus Dashboard with all the answers.

We will try to select participants from diverse institutions and will only be accepting one participant per institution. The discussion points and best practices from each group will be shared on our website. If the demand is high, we will set up additional focus groups during spring. Please sign up here, and we will get back to you with a meeting link if you get accepted.
